Prizma is made by one person, not a company. If something is broken, please include your iPhone model and iOS version — it makes the cause much easier to find.
The most common cause is missing Screen Time permission. Check Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access. Prizma should be listed there.
If it is not, open Prizma, go to Focus and pick your apps again — iOS will ask for access once more.
Other possible causes:
Open Prizma and hold the reset button, to the left of pause. Blocking is lifted immediately.
If strict mode is on, a running session cannot be cut short — that is the whole point of it. You can turn the mode itself off on the Focus tab, but it takes effect from the next session.
The last resort, which always works: Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access → Prizma, and revoke access. Every block is lifted at once.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by the app: Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Prizma → Cancel Subscription. The period you already paid for runs to its end and is not charged again.
To cancel during a free trial, do it at least 24 hours before it ends, or Apple will take the first payment.
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall and tap Restore at the top. No account is needed — the purchase belongs to your Apple ID.
Refunds are issued by Apple; I have no way to do it myself. Use reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
The timer and all statistics are free with no limits, permanently. App blocking is free twice a day.
A subscription removes that limit and adds strict mode, the weekly schedule, and blocking that turns itself on with every session.
There is no account, no sign-up and no server of mine. Your selected apps, settings and statistics live on your phone and are never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them with it.
I cannot see which apps you picked: iOS hands the app opaque tokens, not names. Prizma does not read your Screen Time statistics and has no access to them.
